TEEN MOM star Kailyn Lowry has shared a heartbreaking new story about her son, Issac, The MTV star told the story during a recent episode of her podcast, Barely Famous. Kailyn, 31, explained to her co-host, Kristen Correia, that her oldest son got into a fight at school. Teen Mom 2 alum Kailyn Lowry ’s eldest son, Isaac Rivera, officially came out as gay and revealed his name is now Elliot.

"I started going by Elliott, because at some point, I wasn't happy. Kailyn Lowry’s son, Isaac, recently came out and accepted that he is gay. He chose his mom’s podcast platform to reveal the news and received much love and support from fans. He revealed that he will now go by the name Elliott, which was previously his middle name. Her year-old son came out as gay in an emotional new episode of her podcast, Barely Famous.

For those of us who watched this kid come into the world on 16 & Pregnant, you can’t help but feel. Kailyn Lowry's son, Isaac Elliott, came out as gay on a new episode of his mom's podcast. When Lowry shared she believes her son prefers to go by Elliot to separate himself now from who he was when he appeared on MTV, he agreed that was part of the reason for the switch.

Rivera then officially came out, confirming he identifies as gay. It's very important to me because I feel like growing up on TV, it's hard to show who you really are when a camera is in front of you all the time. It's harder to be yourself.
